We are committed to providing transparent, straightforward pricing so you can make informed decisions about your care. Fees are payable at the time of your appointment and an official receipt will be provided for submission to your extended health benefits provider, where applicable.

ADHD Psychological Assessment

Per Appointment (50 minutes) — $235

Please note that ADHD psychological assessments typically involve multiple appointments, along with scoring, interpretation and report preparation. Your clinician will discuss the anticipated process, timeline and associated fees before your assessment begins.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are subject to the full appointment fee. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent approximately 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

If you have prepaid for an appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, you may choose to:

• Receive a full refund to your original method of payment, or
• Apply your payment toward a future appointment.

Approved refunds are processed on the day of cancellation. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear on your account within 5–10 business days.

Insurance Coverage

Lawson Collab does not offer direct billing. Following payment, you will receive an official receipt that may be submitted to your extended health benefits provider for reimbursement, where eligible.

Psychiatry Services

Psychiatric consultations and ongoing medication management are available exclusively to active Lawson Collab therapy clients and are covered by the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP) with a valid referral from your family physician or nurse practitioner.
