Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy

We understand life is busy and sometimes a bit unpredictable, which is why we offer extended hours and the flexibility of either in-person or virtual (Telehealth) therapy services. At Lawson Collab, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

To assist you in managing your appointments effectively, we provide up to three appointment reminders via email, up to 48 hours before your session, serving as a final notice. These reminders offer you the opportunity to confirm or cancel your appointment, ensuring that your schedule remains organized.

At Lawson Collab, we stick to a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure appointment availability with our psychotherapists. If you attempt to cancel your session within the 24-hour window, you will receive an alert notifying you of the policy and your account will be charged in full, regardless of your attendance.

Payment

At Lawson Collab, we prioritize a seamless and secure appointment booking experience. To facilitate this, we utilize an encrypted booking system that requires you to provide your payment information when making your initial booking. This ensures the reservation of your appointment slot and allows for a more efficient process for future bookings.

We want to assure you that your credit card information is treated with the utmost care and privacy. No charges will be made or invoices sent until after your appointment has been completed.
