Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel late or miss your appointment (no-show), the full session fee still applies. Don’t worry – we’ll send you a reminder email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to help you stay on track.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed the same day you cancel and usually show up on your statement within 5-10 business days.

If you prepaid for a session and need to cancel with 24 hours’ notice, you can:
a) Receive a refund to your original payment method
b) Reschedule and apply your payment to the new appointment
